— HOW I WORK
Online & In-Person Therapy for Women, Couples, and Families in Minnesota
Therapy and functional gut-brain support for high-achieving women, busy moms, healthcare providers, and driven couples navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relational stress, and physical health challenges - and ready to get to the root cause.
As the ones usually carrying the mental load for their households, women often reach out first - whether seeking individual support, guidance for their relationship, or care for the family system.

— WHO THIS IS FOR
Therapy for High-Achieving Women, Couples, and Families Seeking Root-Cause Healing
I work with driven women, holistic-minded stay-at-home moms, healthcare professionals, and couples who are successful on the outside but overwhelmed by chronic anxiety, ADHD executive burnout, physical exhaustion, relational loops, or complex health concerns. Most are carrying a heavy mental and physical load - managing daily stress, brain fog, digestive distress, or communication exhaustion while holding space for everyone else.
—THE SPECIFICS
WHO THIS WORK IS A GOOD FIT FOR
I work primarily with high-achieving women, high-capacity mothers, healthcare providers, Christian women, couples, and families in Minnesota. The people who reach out are typically analytical, proactive, and used to solving problems on their own.
What tends to bring you here: anxiety that has been your baseline for so long you’ve stopped naming it, ADHD paralysis and morning overwhelm, physical burnout that leaves you running on empty, relational patterns where you keep having the exact same fight, or the slow realization that understanding what’s wrong mentally hasn’t been enough to fix how your body actually feels.
You’re likely self-aware and driven. You probably already understand a lot of what’s happening. What you haven’t had is an integrative approach that connects your mental health, physical health, and spiritual wellbeing.
Perform Well Externally: You perform well publicly but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected internally.
Prior Therapy Gaps: You’ve been in therapy before, gained insight, but noticed your physical stress, ADHD gaps, or anxiety stayed mostly the same.
Heavy Responsibilities: You’re managing a demanding career, patient care, household rhythm, or family responsibilities regardless of how things look from the outside.
Ready for Transformation: You’ve hit a point where simply managing symptoms is no longer acceptable.
Whole-Person Focus: You want a whole-person, root-cause approach that honors both mind and body.
With support, clients who are a good fit tend to start setting sustainable boundaries, experience resilience when stressed, break repetitive relational cycles, and find that their anxiety, ADHD burnout, or exhaustion that felt permanent starts to resolve.
— BEING DIRECT
WHEN THIS MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT
This isn’t the right fit if you’re in acute psychiatric crisis and need higher levels of care, or if you’re looking for insurance-based care (this practice is private pay / out-of-network), if you’re seeking primary medical or nutritional treatment, or if you want a rigid, protocol-based talk therapy approach that ignores physical and nervous system factors. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
— THE WORK ITSELF
Therapeutic Approach and Style
I work primarily from a Relational Systems framework (Marriage & Family Therapy), Polyvagal/Nervous System Regulation, Narrative Therapy, and functional health education. I am also trauma-informed, trained in Level 1 Brainspotting and rostered as a Child-Parent-Psychotherapy provider.
A systems approach means we look at the full picture - your relationships, family dynamics, daily rhythms, and environment. Nervous system regulation helps move your body out of fight-or-flight. Narrative therapy means I care to look at your story, how you view your narrative, and how who you are is understood in the context of your history. Bringing functional nutrition training into my work allows us to consider how gut health, sleep, and physical stress impact your mental clarity, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms. Clinical therapy and standalone nutrition consulting remain ethically distinct scopes.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Sessions are collaborative, active, and focused on whole-person healing.
