About Me
Hi, I'm Lexi
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in the connection between mental health and nutrition. I provide therapy for individuals and families throughout Minnesota, both in person and virtually.
People often come to me tired of constantly pushing through. They're thoughtful, motivated, and already taking steps toward better health—but they're still asking, “Why do I feel this way?”

Connecting the Dots
I believe mental health is rarely shaped by one thing alone. Our relationships, personal stories, and physical health all influence how we experience the world.
That's why I take a whole-person approach, helping clients understand how these pieces fit together while using evidence-based psychotherapy as the foundation of our work.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background
Along with my training as an LMFT, I'm also a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC) and AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP).
These certifications shape the educational perspective I bring into therapy while keeping psychotherapy at the center of our work.

A Little More About Me
When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and son, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, or finding an excuse to drink good coffee.
I believe therapy works best when you feel both understood and gently challenged to see yourself - and your life - in new ways.
