About Me

Hi, I'm Lexi

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for adults across Minnesota, both in person and virtually.
 

I work with people who are tired of feeling like they're constantly pushing through. Many of my clients are thoughtful, motivated, and already taking steps toward better health—but they're still asking, "Why do I feel this way?"

Looking at the Whole Picture

I believe our mental health is shaped by more than our thoughts alone. The way we eat, sleep, manage stress, move our bodies, and care for ourselves can all influence how we feel emotionally.

Alongside evidence-based psychotherapy, I incorporate education about topics like stress physiology, the gut-brain connection, nutrition, hormones, and lifestyle habits when they're relevant to your goals.

My Background

Along with my training as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I'm also a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC) and AADP Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP).

While therapy is always the foundation of my work, these additional certifications have deepened my understanding of the connection between physical and emotional well-being and shape the educational lens I bring into sessions.

A Little More About Me

My Christian faith is an important part of my life, and I'm happy to incorporate it into therapy for clients who would find that meaningful.

When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and son, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, or finding an excuse to drink good coffee.
